Lloseta (Mallorca) becomes the rhythm capital on July 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2026.

Hello family!

On behalf of Sandungueros Samba de Mallorca, we are very happy to inform you that applications are now open to participate in a very special edition: the 10th edition of the +KSamba Festival.

Many years have passed since we started this crazy journey, and for 2026 we have prepared an unforgettable event that we celebrate every two years in our beloved town, Lloseta. Below, we tell you all the details so you can join us with your group.

📅 A Top-Tier Program

The festival will kick off on Friday, July 3rd with a high-level workshop led by the group TOQUE (Salvador de Bahia), formed by master percussionists Cara de Cobra, Leo Bitbit, and Boghan Gaboot. After the training, we will hold an official welcome dinner for the visiting groups and close the night with concerts at the Theatre Square.

Saturday, July 4th will be the big day:

• Morning: Second workshop with TOQUE (with Paella lunch included!).

• Afternoon: Visiting batucadas will perform at different spots in Lloseta (20-25 min static sets), filling the town with color.

• Night: We will all join together for a Grand Parade heading towards the main stage, where food trucks and headlining acts await us.

🏠 Logistics & Accommodation

We want to make it easy for you so that coming to Mallorca is the perfect plan:

• Accommodation: Accepted batucadas will be able to sleep in the sports pavilion (gym) from Friday afternoon to Sunday.

• Your Host: We will assign each visiting group a reference "Sandunguero/a", who will help you before and during the festival with any logistical questions you may have.

🌍 An International Festival

In our previous edition, we hosted over 30 groups from the Netherlands, Colombia, Italy, the UK, Hungary, France, Germany, and all over Spain. For this 10th edition, our idea is to limit the number of groups to strictly maintain the quality and atmosphere of the event.

If you feel like experiencing a different kind of summer, full of music and camaraderie on a Mediterranean island, don't think twice.

📝 How to Apply?

The deadline to submit your application is March 15, 2026. Immediately after the deadline, we will confirm the status of their application to all batucadas.
